efficient and effective a service as possible.

We will acknowledge a
complaint within 24 hours and our customer service department will
endeavour to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible, keeping you
informed at all times.
All complaints will be
treated fairly to our customer's satisfaction.
RETURNS POLICY
If returning an item to us,
it is essential that you contact us first, we can then advise you of
your returns reference number and the address.
7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We are confident you will be
happy with your purchase, but you are welcome to return any item to us
within 7 days of delivery.
The goods must be unused, in
a fully resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept any returns
if the product has been opened and used.
The returns must be sent via
trackable method and we recommend taking delivery insurance.
The buyer will be fully
responsible for the cost of returning the item and refund our delivery
cost.
