Here’s how we deliver the sports equipment to your door step

Prestige Sports promises to despatch all products the next day providing the payment has cleared by 11am. We are always concerned about delivering your fitness equipment within the committed time.
To ensure best quality delivery services we have selected a partner with proven track records in the field of logistics. The majority of the vibration power plates are despatched through
UK Mail couriers. To make sure that the sports equipment reaches the destination on the very next working day of despatch, we always use an overnight courier service. The power plates are delivered within working hours on Monday-Friday. If there is an urgent requirement, we can arrange delivery of the sports equipment on Saturdays too with an extra surcharge.
We will message you as soon as the payment has cleared. Once the vibration power plate has been despatched we will give you your
UK Mail tracking number whereby you can track your sports equipment online.
If you are not at home when they try to deliver, the courier will normally put a card through your door with the details of your local depot so you can contact them to arrange a suitable day for the delivery of your sports equipment. If you do not contact them they will re-deliver your vibration power plates the next day and if you are still not there the power plates will be automatically returned to us and a redelivery charge would be payable the next time we deliver the goods. Since we deal with different types of fitness and sports equipment, they come in different models and with different weights. Please note that if your item is delivered by a lone driver, if your item is large or heavy you will be required to provide assistance in unloading and moving your sports equipment to your door step.
A signature is always required upon delivery of the goods. All vibration power plates and other fitness and sports equipment are covered for loss or damage whilst in transit. To be covered by the insurance if the box is KNOCKED OR DAMAGED in anyway you must sign for it as - BOX DAMAGED, GOODS UNCHECKED, otherwise the insurance in transit will be VOID.
UK Mail has proved to be very reliable - at over 99%. However, please note they are a commercial courier company and are not under our control, so we cannot guarantee their service. For all fitness and sports equipment the standard delivery charge and free delivery covers mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Delivery of vibration power plates to the remainder of the UK including any island will carry a surcharge and may take longer to reach you. Deliveries outside the UK, such as EU will also take longer to arrive and carry a surcharge.
